Programme et gestion de projet
- Work with team to update project roadmaps to demonstrate value outcomes, key milestones, and major deliverables for all marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate information sharing and collaboration across different teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Support team’s use of project management best practices to increase effectiveness in delivering marketing initiatives.
Administrative Support and Team Organization
- Organize key meeting agendas, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and prepared.
- Coordinate regular meetings with leadership to discuss project updates, strategic direction, and program performance.
- Track action items and decisions made during meetings to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Participate in budget management process to ensure accuracy of accounting updates and reconciliation of open risks & opportunities.
Gestion des systèmes et intégrité des données
- Ensure that our program tools (Teams, Miro & Airtable) are consistently updated and accurately reflect the status of marketing initiatives.
- Regularly audit Teams, Miro & Airtable and work with respective team members to maintain high data integrity and reliability.
- Support team members in using Teams, Miro & Airtable effectively, and act as a point of contact for any system-related queries or licensing/technical issues.
- Ensure outside agency partners have appropriate access to our tools to see and update content as appropriate in a measured process.
