- We are seeking a CSC Customer Service Rep I to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones for public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, and assisting in special projects.
Responsabilités:
- Proficient in all phone and work request dispatch responsibilities
- Monitor environmental alarms and assist with workflow for patient transporters
- Lead or participate in projects to support the department
