A propos du rôle:
- We are seeking a Facilities Services Coordinator to oversee two locations in Stamford, CT and Short Hills, NJ. The ideal candidate must have transportation to travel between locations when necessary. Parking is provided at both locations and business travel expenses are reimbursable.
Responsabilités :
- Oversee facilities services at both locations
- Utilize technical skills with audio visual equipment
- Offrir un excellent service client
- Manage security and badging systems
- Collaborate with a team to complete assigned tasks
- Plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Make independent decisions and solve problems using logic
Diplôme de l'enseignement:
- 3 years of Facility Services experience
Compétences requises:
- Proficiency in MS applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, and audio visual equipment
- Solides compétences en communication, verbale et écrite
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans une équipe
- Demonstrated sensitivity, tact, and professionalism in dealing with people
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision making abilities
