Description du poste:
- The IT Sourcing Manager plays a crucial role in daily operations by negotiating with suppliers to obtain goods, materials, and services at the best prices. They develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, quality improvements, and process efficiencies. The role involves completing non-strategic service and material purchase requests, negotiating agreements with suppliers, and ensuring contractual compliance
Principales responsabilités:
- Verify specifications and determine the need for RFIs, RFPs, or RFQs
- Administer RFIs, RFPs, or RFQs and negotiate cost-effective agreements with suppliers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Legal council to negotiate contractual terms and condition
- Coordinate contract change requests and develop suppliers to improve effectiveness and drive down costs
- Soutenir les objectifs d’amélioration continue et rester au courant des innovations de l’industrie
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to procure high-quality products and services
- Proactively manage contracts to fully executed status and ensure compliance in procurement transactions
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to complete tasks
Qualifications et compétences requises :
- Previous experience in IT software category management
- Knowledge of business law, commercial terms and conditions, and legal issues
- Expérience dans le développement et la gestion de contrats informatiques
- 2+ years of experience in Information Technology services/sourcing, RFx end to end with a focus on SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS contracting - Previous experience in an Information Technology support role
