A propos du rôle:
- We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Talent Advisor.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilités :
- Source top talent candidates and present a slate of quality candidates to hiring managers.
- Provide weekly updates and challenges to hiring managers on their open positions.
- Coordinate interview availability for North America, including domestic and international time zones.
- Schedule video interviews using MS Outlook and MS Teams.
- Confirm interviews for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Collect candidate evaluation forms from hiring managers post-interview.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo / Success Factors).
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for recruitment processes.
- Take on additional recruiting projects as needed.
Diplôme de l'enseignement:
Compétences requises:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role.
- Experience with sourcing for top talent using Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Ability to schedule complex interviews across different time zones.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
