- Provide administrative support to a manager and her teams
- Receive visitors, callers, and incoming mail and refer to appropriate staff member or department
- Prepare emails, correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc. - Purchase supplies, services, and equipment using purchasing cards and informal acquisition procedures
- Reconcile purchasing card statements and track status of purchase requisitions and orders
- Administer service contract(s) for the department or facility
- Plan team events, organize speakers, food/snacks, etc.
- Support travel needs by booking/reserving flights, hotels, etc. -
- Calendar staff meetings, revenue recovery meetings, officer presentations, finance & HR meetings, IT and Advanced Delivery connections, and support leaders on their rhythm of meetings E
