- Promote Collabera's services to clients, generate new leads, onboard new clients, and manage relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients (Hiring Managers), representing Collabera professionally.
- Gather client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team, ensuring smooth and timely exchanges between both parties.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage C-Level executives of Fortune 500 companies via phone, video calls, and email.
- Experience in lead generation and prospect management is an advantage.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively represent Collabera to clients.

- Analyze client requirements to identify the ideal candidate profile.
- Conduct research to determine the qualifications and characteristics needed for the role.
- Utilize provided tools (including in-house AI software, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.) to search for and identify suitable candidates.
