We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support our Contact Center Technology Applications and assist in the transition to a new cloud-based platform. The Product Owner will lead the product vision to achieve the organization’s business outcomes within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations group.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans and initiatives with broad enterprise impact.
  • Support the design and integration of our new contact center desktop.
  • Act as a Product Owner for specific product teams or areas, as identified by the Product Manager.
  • Partner with Product Managers to support product delivery, coordinate delivery on committed outcomes, and ensure transparency to risks, dependencies, and impediments.
  • Define requirements by writing epics and user stories based on business analysis and agile development.
  • Coordinate testing support, production rollout support, and change enablement.
  • Assist in interpreting enterprise and technology requirements and updates to product tools.
  • Collaborate with peer Product Owners and Enablement team members for change readiness, communications, and training needs.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
 
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
 
  • Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience in financial industry and product management.
  • Agile experience and familiarity with Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Call Routing, Agent desktop, or other Contact Center relevant experience.
  • Experience delivering complex enterprise-wide information technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic agile environment with multiple dependencies.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and project conceptualization.
