OVERVIEW: 

• This position will be responsible for providing an advanced level of support to their unit (dept) working across several simultaneous projects/programs by developing new reports and dashboards, expanding on existing metrics, as well as presenting recommendations for data improvement.
• Represent unit (dept) in cross functional, high visibility projects involving business partners outside of the department.
• Responsible for streamlining ongoing activities.

Education Qualification -

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related business line experience
• in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large
  amounts of data and provide meaningful insights. 
• Excellent communication skills to professionally convey insights to management.
• Ability to develop and produce complex reports and spreadsheets. - Experience in identifying trends and emerging issues and engaging stakeholders. 
• Proficiency in driving process improvements and developing new processes.
• Strong project management skills to plan and implement new projects and programs.
• Ability to lead departmental audits and manage system support. 
• Knowledge of compliance and operational risk controls.
• Commitment to promoting diversity and maintaining internal control standards.
• Hourly rate for this position is between $45 per hour to $48 per hour
