Detailed Job Description:

Develop and execute recruiting strategies focused on speed, quality, diversity, and candidate experience

Manage full-cycle recruiting (intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, offer process, and debriefs)
-
Lead high-volume hourly and skilled trades recruitment efforts
-
Proactively source candidates using creative sourcing methods and grassroots strategies
-
Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to align recruiting with workforce planning
-
Serve as a subject matter expert on employment market trends and competitor insights
-
Analyze recruiting data, metrics, and performance trends to improve hiring outcomes
-
Drive employer branding initiatives and community outreach efforts
-
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
-
Optimize and leverage recruitment technology and tools
-
Mentor junior team members and share recruiting best practices
-
Prepare and present data-driven talent insights to stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (agency experience preferred)

Strong high-volume hourly and skilled trades recruiting experience
-
Proficiency in recruiting technology and tools
-
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels (professional, technical, leadership)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel as needed for site visits or recruiting events
