Job Description:
 
We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to oversee a portfolio of digital applications and see to their constant improvement. The product manager will conceive, define, test, deliver, monitor, refine and withdraw digital products in the market (or internally) to maximize business results. They will conduct customer research, and work with key stakeholders across business and technology to develop and convey product vision. They also work with product teams (software providers) to deliver and sustain the end-to-end customer experience.
 
Role And Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key business and technology stakeholders
  • Perform (internal or external) customer research by means of including surveys, product analytics, interviews, market research, or other cost-effective means of gaining insights into the “voice of customer.” 
  • Use the insight to understand the customers’ goal and how they would gain value from the product capabilities. 
  • Facilitate and drive alignment among key stakeholders to develop a shared view of product priorities 
  • Work with key stakeholders to make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions. 
  • Collaborate closely with product delivery teams both internal and external.
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of firm outcomes and enhanced user value through informing the sequencing of work within the roadmap in an evolving and effective manner. 
  • Create transparency and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that there is alignment on the successful design and delivery of user value and firm outcomes within the product. 
  • Establish a support model for managing our digital web application including but not limited to CMS, DXP, DAM, PIM products. 
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for the product(s) and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that will clearly indicate the progress towards those goals and business outcomes.  
  • As part of the transformation team, you would also be required to work on emerging technologies like AR/VR, run pilots and proof of concepts. Drive adoption and own the product backlog.
Must-Haves:
 
  • 5 years of experience in managing web and digital products
  • Ecommerce/Digital/Digital Marketing Technology experience
  • Managing web and digital products including but not limited to brand websites, ecommerce platforms, application platform and martech.
