  • 1-2 years of experience in Technical product management in Telecom or Internet connectivity or
    Mobile domain
  • Agile/Scale Agile product management : Write user stories, Build product requirements, Use of
    Jira & other tools used for agile project management
  • Internet connectivity and/or mobile connectivity ecosystem experience. Understanding of key
    vendors, technologies, operators, concepts, and value propositions for Internet connectivity
    and/or mobile connectivity
  • Ability to create good PPTs, marketing material, training documents etc.
  • High degree of technical expertise in at least 2 of the 5 topics listed below
    1. WiFi Domain expertise and understanding of WiFi router features and capabilities
    2. Knowledge of Cable plant – DOCSIS, IP etc.
    3. Knowledge of MVNO network and mobile technologies
    4. Knowledge of computer networking (7 layer model, packet tracing etc.)
    5. Knowledge of Inventory Management, Order Management, Provisioning/Activation, Trouble
    Calls/Truck Rolls
