Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Irvine-CA-USA (Remote after Training)

JOB DUTIES:

• The contractor position will support the Forward Supply Chain operations for the ITTS (Inventory Trouble Ticket System) Investigation team.
• The ITTS team is responsible for the investigation and resolution of carrier shipping or warehouse related issues to prevent negative customer experiences.
• This will require collaborative engagement with our 3rd party warehouses, carriers, and internal partners.
• This role will be responsible for meeting daily service level commitments of an average of 80 tickets resolved per day and is responsible for their accuracy above all.

LOGISTICS:

• Shifts &Starting Times: Please make sure this is communicated to candidates.
• Opening 1 SUN, T-F start 8am PST
• Opening 2 SUN-TH start 6am PST
• Opening 3 T-SAT start 9am PST
• Opening 4 T-SAT start 9am PST
• Some overtime work may be required.
• Contractor will train at Irvine office 4 consecutive day's and will then work from home.
• Equipment will be released to contractor on afternoon of day 4.
• There is possibility of returning to office, so contractor should be able to make daily commute.
