Job Title:        Senior Web SDET    

Location:        Remote    

Duration:        12 months (High Possibility of Extension or Conversion) 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ownership of the design, development, and execution of the web test automation and its processes. 
  • Develop Web UI automation using Cypress automation tool. 
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts. 
  • Improve existing automation frameworks and implement new automated test suites and test cases. 
  • Implement process improvements to automation and execution. 
  • Improve efficiencies with CI/CD–Azure DevOps and Cloud solutions. 
  • Participate in tool and technology selection process and create proof of concept models for new technologies. 
  • Monitor, consolidate, analyze, debug, and communicate automation test results. 
  • Create and manufacture test data. 
  • Follow coding and design standards and suggest improvements. 
  • Participate in the continual maintenance of code base and refactoring. 

 

Required Skills: 

  • 6-7 years experience. 
  • Strong JavaScript development experience. 
  • Experience working with Cypress Automation Framework. 
  • Experience developing test automation (unit, functional, integrated, or end-to-end). 
  • Experience applying algorithms and design patterns to solve complex problems. 
  • Demonstratable knowledge using version control and defect tracking methods and associated tools (GitHub, TestRail, Bugzilla, Jira, Lapis, or similar). 
  • Experience with AZURE DevOps, and CI/CD integration. 
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps processes. 
  • Strong organization and planning skills. 
  • Ability to handle numerous concurrent activities under time constraints and effectively prioritize and execute assignments in a highly dynamic environment. 
  • Exposure to performance tools like JMeter. 
  • Demonstrated collaboration on diverse teams including products, developers & quality assurance. 
  • Knowledge of Cucumber/Protractor or other BDD framework. 
  • Passionate about learning new tools and technologies. 
  • Java, Azure, MS suite, JMeter.
