Must-Haves:

• 4+ Years client-facing Project Management experience – ideally in the financial services sector
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or the equivalent combination of education
• Banking/Financial Experience & Understanding of digital banking / online banking
• Must understand what a standard banking core is, and have project experience in banking core realms
• Application Experience with the Systematics Platform or TouchPoint Applications.
• Ideally IMPACS, ST, RM, ALS, or Legacy TouchPoint Sales & Service, TouchPoint Teller, Xpress
• The experience with Systematics and/or TouchPoint needs to be within the last 10 years
• Professional experience in a Waterfall methodology
• Familiarity with structured methodology, providing overall governance, negotiating with the client, managing scope of work
• Evaluate project definition documents, and handle those conversations with the client
• Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles (e.g., conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, classic or traditional waterfall phases of analysis, design, development, testing, implementation) and the correct project application
• Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry (e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Knowledge of company’s products and services

Plusses:

• Must be in active pursuit of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or have the equivalent level of education and experience for the job level.
• Advanced skill in the use of project management software to manage projects (e.g., MS Project and auxiliary tools, such as earned value database, audit tools, project repository, including risk, issues and action items database, SLIM Estimate, Metrics and Control, PlanView, Platinum Process Continuum)
