Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute transactions without minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system
- Answer calls from Providers, Medicaid clients and Third Parties
- Verify and update other insurance coverage
- Communicate with Medicaid clients regarding insurance coverage and Program benefits
- Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate
- Follow established policies, procedures and methods
- Meet established goals and objectives
- All other duties as assigned
