Title:  Business/Systems Analyst

Duration:  6-month contract; extensions & full-time possible

Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (3 day on-site, 2 day remote)

 Description:

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Telecom background

The ideal candidate would have experience in creating and gathering requirements, prioritization, software development, and networking technologies

Responsibilities:

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. 
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. 
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. 
• Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. 
• Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
• This position will wear the hat of a Product owner for the technical deliveries of a cloud and firmware vendor delivering features and support to client's Advanced Home WiFi router.
