Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote (Houston, Tx Preferred)                   
Type of opening: 6-12 months contract w/ extensions
 
Day to day:
  • Work cross functionally across the product team and CX team
  • Write user stories, working with product owners to break down features into stories
  • Process flow diagrams through Visio (they also use Lucid charts, Figma)
  • Identify test scenarios 
Must haves:
  • 3-5 years as a technical business analyst or IT Business Analyst with experience working on Application development projects (specifically web/or mobile app)
  • Strong product background with understanding of journey mapping 
  • 3+ years of experience writing user stories
  • 3+ years of experience creating process flow diagrams
