Must Haves:

  • Understanding of and experience working with HR and other organizational people data. HR reporting experience.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. Advanced programming of data/reports, knowledge of and hands on capability with data visualization principles and tools.
  • Solid understanding of concepts of cloud computing and experience working with people analytics tools and platforms.
  • Report development experience with one or more of the following Oracle tools: OTBI; OBIEE; BI Publisher; FAW
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VBA.
