Pay Rate: ($25-$26) hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with Advice and planning content publishing, performance, and operations.
  • Publish content across different platforms (external web pages, internal web pages, mobile).
  • Ensure content is accurate, ADA compliant, and approved in compliance, with legal and risk systems before publishing on a distribution channel.
  • Obtain content approvals as required in compliance, legal, and risk systems.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on site and mobile app performance metrics.
  • Adhere to documented processes, guidelines, and job aids and provide ideas for improvement as necessary.
  • Perform QA/QC checks on content and processes.

Education Qualification:

  • 6+ months of Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications.
  • Ability to assess processes related to tasks or projects in communications.
  • Ability to provide data to management and teams.
  • Knowledge of ADA compliance and content approval systems.
  • Ability to monitor and report on-site and mobile app performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC processes and guidelines.
