Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience in B.M.C. Helix/Remedy development.
- Experience in BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
- Strong knowledge of B.M.C. Remedy ITSM architecture and data model.
- Strong knowledge of B.M.C. Remedy ITSM workflows and forms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Day to day:
- Design, develop, and maintain B.M.C. Remedy workflows and forms.
- Develop and maintain B.M.C. Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain B.M.C. Business Workflow.Provide technical
- support for B.M.C. Remedy ITSM applications.
