Job Description :-
The Quality Coordinator collects all pertinent information regarding complaints and documents these complaints in a manner that is in accordance with the FDA regulations governing our business. The Coordinator assists in the investigation and resolution of all quality concerns and works closely with Division Quality Assurance, Medical Safety and Surveillance, Legal, Regulatory and Public Affairs.

Looking for CAPA exp. complaints, trend analysis, creating metrics.

Regulated industry exp. Great to have a tech background.

If candidates have experience in CAPA then that is tech exp.

Looking for 5 or more years exp. but if have Bachelor's and two years that works as well. Coordinating complaints.

Some knowledge of root cause analysis.

Ideally all qualified candidates will have tech background and experience in CAPA's.
