About the Role:

  • We are seeking a CSC Customer Service Rep I to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones for public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, and assisting in special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in all phone and work request dispatch responsibilities
  • Monitor environmental alarms and assist with workflow for patient transporters
  • Lead or participate in projects to support the department
  • Provide feedback to leadership on process improvements and efficiencies
  • Handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution when necessary 
  • Maintain excellent customer service skills

Education Qualification: - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
