  • We are looking for a Health Care Manager who will work remotely but is required to conduct face-to-face visits in members' homes in the Sarasota thru Venice area. 

Qualification:

 

  • Extensive experience with Case Management.
  • Clinical experience is required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or master's degree in social work, or Health Education (a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of degree).
