Day-to-Day:
  • Handle inbound client inquires with patience, quality, and client delight
  • Receive and respond to requests received by email, chat or phone
  • Provides resolution for requests received via phone, chat or email; Interacts continuously and deepens relationships with internal business partners as well as clients to further enhance client delight
  • Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries
  • Utilize the various bank systems to support client’s requests.
Must Haves
  • 3-5+ years’ experience with customer service in enterprise banking or financial call center environment
  • Strong soft skills – “client delight” focused
  • Multitasker, especially between computer systems
  • Receptive to feedback, growth minded, trainable, willing to learn.
  • Proactive communication – on time, engaged.
  • Self-motivated – works independently.
Preferred:
  • Enterprise environment experience
  • Financial industry experience
