About the Role:

• We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our Technology team.
• The primary responsibility of this role is to test software functionality and performance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of assigned systems.
• The Software Test Engineer will work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Management to ensure the quality of the software product.

Responsibilities:

• Execute tests, track defects, and follow defects through the resolution process until fix is verified and closed
• Understand system functionality of the product being tested
• Interact with team members to ensure the quality of the software product
• Develop and execute efficient test plans, test cases, automated testing scripts, and test scenarios

• Support the success of weekly software and web deployments

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree

Skill:

• 2 years of Testing, functional analysis, or relevant analysis experience 
• Ability to develop test scripts, plans, and procedures
• Proficient in learning new technologies
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry
• Knowledge and understanding of automated testing The incumbent must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate positively with internal and external customers are essential for this role.
