Job opportunity for Recent grad in Chemistry/Biochemistry
Position Overview:
- We seek a Technical Manufacturing Chemist to produce materials for immunology-based chromatography and enzyme tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain production schedules.
- Investigate issues and suggest areas for improvement.
- Develop new procedures with a focus on safety.
- Perform in-process QC testing (qualifications, titration, quality inspections).
- Maintain quality systems and GMP/GLP compliance.
- Create and follow product improvement protocols.
- Prepare critical and non-critical bioreagents using SOPs.
- Collaborate in a team to ensure efficient manufacturing and bioreagent supply.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Pipetting, Spectrophotometry, HPLC, pH Meters
- Gel Electrophoresis, SDS Page, ELISA assays
Pay range:
$25/hr. - $30/hr.
