About the Role:

  • We are looking for a CSC Customer Service Rep I to join our team.
  • The role involves answering phones for public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, and assisting in special projects.
  • The position requires proficiency in phone and work request dispatch responsibilities, as well as the ability to fill in for other team members on different shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones for public and internal customers
  • Documenting and dispatching work requests
  • Monitoring environmental alarms
  • Assisting with workflow and assignments for patient transporters
  • Leading or participating in projects to support the department
  • Providing feedback to leadership on process improvements and efficiencies Performing all duties in a competent, professional, and courteous manner

Education Qualification:

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

Required Skill:

  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution 
  • Excellent customer service skill.
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Experience in an administrative support role or customer service preferred
  • Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred P
  • The available shifts are 1st Shift with a shift time of 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
