- Respond to phone inquiries from Medicaid clients in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner
- Assist with problem resolution as needed
- Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs
- Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary
- Meet individual performance standards and metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain strict attendance and performance requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
