About the Role:
•We are seeking a bilingual candidate proficient in both English and Spanish to join our team in Austin.
•This role involves providing unbiased assistance to Medicaid clients, answering questions related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program inquiries in both languages.

Responsibilities:
•Respond to phone inquiries from Medicaid clients in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner
•Assist with problem resolution as needed - Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs
•Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary
•Meet individual performance standards and metrics
•Perform other duties as assigned by management
•Maintain strict attendance and performance requirements

Education Qualification:
•High school diploma or equivalent Required

Skills:
•Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
•Strong communication skills
•Customer service experience preferred
•Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7 am to 7 pm
