About the Role:

The Resiliency and Recovery and Resolution Planning Associate will support the HR Resiliency team in designing and implementing governance, oversight, and reporting for HR responsibilities to comply with RRP programs.
This role will involve coordinating activities related to key personnel identification, retention programs, and training sessions on resiliency topics.

Responsibilities:

Support the HR Resiliency team in designing and implementing governance, oversight, and reporting
Project manage the completion of HR assigned activities and milestones for RRP programs
Conduct training sessions with business managers on resiliency topics
Identify and escalate roadblocks to management and propose corrective action plans
Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to senior management and communication with second and third lines of defense
