Title: Resiliency and Recovery and Resolution Planning Associate

Location:  Jacksonville, FL

Duration: 06 months Contract to hire/possible extension

About the Role:

  • The Resiliency and Recovery and Resolution Planning Associate will support the HR Resiliency team in designing and implementing governance, oversight, and reporting for HR responsibilities to comply with RRP programs.
  • This role will involve coordinating activities related to key personnel identification, retention programs, and training sessions on resiliency topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Resiliency team in designing and implementing governance, oversight, and reporting
  • Project manage the completion of HR assigned activities and milestones for RRP programs
  • Conduct training sessions with business managers on resiliency topics
  • Identify and escalate roadblocks to management and propose corrective action plans
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to senior management and communication with second and third lines of defense
