JOB DESCRIPTION
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration or technical support.
- Strong experience with local networks and public support sector requirements.
- Proficiency in laptop setup, LAN/WAN configurations, and general systems support.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Day To Day Responsbilities:
- Monitor and maintain local networks, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide Level 2 support for technical issues related to user devices and networks.
- Set up laptops and configure local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Assist with incident logging and resolution, providing timely support to end users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support overall network infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with public sector regulations and standards.
