Must-Have:

  • 4+ years in a similar tier 3 engineer/support role
  • 4+ years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
  • Strong understanding of escalation procedures and experience in network and application system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware, Windows OS, and Windows applications.
  • Active Directory and Azure experience.
  • Proficient in Ms Office Suite.
