Must Haves:

  • IT support exp of 1-2+ years.
  • Customer support experience or call center. 
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of ticketing systems.
  • Can learn quickly.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Helpdesk-related tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and understanding of how to read spreadsheets, etc.
  • Understanding of how to escalate issues internally to L2/L3 teams.
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday - 12:30pm - 9:00pm CST.
