Job Description:

• We are looking for a Change Manager to join wires technology team.
• This role is crucial in developing responses for risk and audit issues, creating action plans, and ensuring the implementation of payment technology and controls

Responsibilities:

• Develop responses for various risk and audit issues
• Create action plans and workflows for different severity levels of issues
• Develop detailed project plans based on action plans and execute them as needed
• Represent operations team in approval committees and secure approvals
• Collect evidence for closure of issues and work with stakeholders for resolution
• Communicate target outcomes, manage risks, ensure compliance, and provide program visibility
• Build relationships with business and technology leaders, Compliance, and Risk teams
• Facilitate program routines, communication, collaboration, and dependency management
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership on outcomes, delivery, risks, and schedule
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership

 Required Skills:

• Development of responses for risk and audit issues
• Creation of action plans and workflows for issue resolution
• Project planning and execution based on action plans
• Representation of operations team in approval processes
• Understanding of payment technology implementation and controls
