About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in functionality and have experience working with large global organizations.
• This role will be focused on providing guidance on payroll best practices and process improvement within a U.S.-based organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the team to review processes and recommend best practices Utilize knowledge of leadership and hands-on experience to provide end-to-end payroll process improvement guidance
• Challenge the status quo and ask questions to enhance underlying processes 
• Assist with change management and provide support with Service Now Ticket system
• Articulate role effectively and work well within a team environment

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8+ years of applicable experience

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Technology ev6, Workday
• Experience with large global organizations, preferably within the U.S.
• End-to-End payroll processing experience
• Process Improvement Mindset
• Sr Level Project Lead in Payroll
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• Ability to assist with change management
