DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Manage and support priorities spanning the Data Privacy Event Management team including but not limited to project execution support, sustaining operational processes and/or privacy event management/reporting.

• Primarily support ongoing maturation of E2E breach response services and provide support to FLUs during high volume/high complexity events; this builds on the end to end breach process and enables the continued evolution of response services and integration with FLUs.
• Role may also support to DPEM operations include intake operations, investigation, and reporting priorities.
• Support operational sustainment issues. 
• Investigating data privacy breaches, assigning events to Event Managers. 
• Presenting evidence to stakeholders and Data Privacy Event Managers.

Must Have:

• 5-10 years of industry experience 

• Most recently supporting Data Governance and Data Privacy 

• Experience developing processes and procedures
• Risk and audit management 
• GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) 
• 10/10 communication skills, not soft spoken, ability to take lead
• CRITICAL THINKER !!!! 
• This role is primary about being a detective, being able to decipher which avenue is best to remediate data privacy breaches
• Experience communicating and presenting to stakeholders 
• MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) 
• Financial industry experience
