Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for performing searches, document retrieval, document preparation, execution, filings, and recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
  • The role involves assisting customers, vendors, and team members with order fulfillment, problem resolution, and training on products and jurisdictional requirements. 

Experience: 

  • UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking.
