Title: Contracts Analyst
Location: Houston, TX 
Duration: 12 months
Pay Range: $22-$30
 
Day-to-day:
  • Handling incoming vendor inquiries, getting the process started with the correct buyer
  • Work orders, getting templates out for vendor review
  • Following up with important internal clients for a due diligence process in place
  • Communicate with the vendors throughout the onboarding process and contract bidding/updating process
Must-haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or another related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain and contracts
  • Knowledge or Interest in Contract Management and Supply Chain Management in Oil and Gas industry
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems (i.e. Ariba, SAP, etc.) and complete Office 365 suite
  • Competency level based on years of experience in contracting, negotiation, and risk management
