Title: IT Risk & Compliance Analyst (GRC)
Location: 100% Remote (Framingham, MA)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract to Hire Opportunity

About the role:

• As an IT Risk & Compliance Analyst, driving policy management, governance facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure effective IT standards and alignment.
• Develop and implement IT policies and standards.
  Manage governance bodies (e.g., steering committees, advisory boards).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and alignment.
• Document and maintain policy updates, governance records, and presentations.
  Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams to manage workflows.

Must Have Skills:

• 5–10 years of IT Governance, Risk, or Compliance (GRC) experience in acorporate setting.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale change initiatives and structured meetings.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Snow platform, and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
