Role: Web Strategy Consultant/Web Engineer

Duration: 12 Months – Hybrid Role

Location: New York City, NY 10281

Pay Rate: ($75-$80) hourly.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for someone who can provide suggestions/advice.
• Should have solid presentation skills with flow diagrams/process flow charts & ppts and be able to articulate the story in an effective way.
• Present findings and decisions to leadership with clear reasoning behind them.
• Making business decisions from a technical point of view.
• Shadowing VP on a day-to-day basis.
• Candidate must have background into Web development in past with proven experience in Java React technologies for at least 4/5 years.
• Background with financial clients will be helpful not a must-have.
• Candidate should have Consulting experience in their recent project.

Must Haves:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of coding experience in web development, particularly with Java and React.
• Consulting experience is essential (preferably with big financial clients).
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas through flow diagrams, process flow charts, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong decision-making abilities, with the ability to present well-researched recommendations to leadership.
• Excellent soft skills: independent, quick learner, individual contributor.

• Experience working in highly visible roles with top leadership.
• Expertise in design thinking and storytelling through presentations.
