- Experience working with business stakeholders and working with the business side
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and cater to the needs of stakeholders
- PM Tools: Clarity PPM, MS Project, etc. Running a project plan

Experience managing budgets and handling budget contracts. Including pulling together the estimate, getting invoices paid, labor costs, etc.
