About the Role:

We are looking for a DevOps and Cloud Platform Support Engineer to implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to support application deployments.
The role involves supporting cloud infrastructure on (AWS) and EKS Kubernetes.

Responsibilities:

Install, tune, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Perform application release deployments in Test and Production environments
Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Groovy to streamline operational processes and deployments
Collaborate with development and testing teams to enhance system scalability, performance, and reliability
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows-based production environments
Support container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
Develop and implement techniques in CI/CD to prevent system problems and troubleshoot incidents - Support disaster recovery and audits
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in DevOps and cloud services
