DayToDay Responsbilities:

Provides application functional and limited technical support for Oracle eBusiness Systems Modules in Finance (AR, AP, GL, CM, FA, iExpense, and iSupplier) and in Projects (Costing, Billing, Accounting).

· Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs.

· Troubleshoots, identifies the underlying cause, and recommends workarounds and/or corrective actions to solve the problem.

· Use diagnostics scripts, SQL and other query writing tools to analyze data, extract data for ad hoc reporting, and identify constraints and integrity issues with data.

· Provide data correction scripts to address a defect due to inconsistent state of the data.

· Conduct conference room pilots, user acceptance testing on defect fixes, features and system improvements, ensuring acceptance criteria is met without significant impediments.

· Responsible for completion of all required Change Management tasks and relevant SOX control requirements (if applicable).

· Utilize industry accepted project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project life cycle.

· Acquire and utilizes business knowledge by taking advantage of available resources (internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences, etc.) to develop and deliver business expertise solutions.

· Tracking deliverables and provide reporting to management as needed.

· Willing to travel up to10%.

Must Have:

·Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university with Accounting Major, or 5 years of related industry is required.

· At least 3-5 years of experience working and supporting Oracle eBusiness Modules. Preferably Finance and/or Oracle Projects.

· Able to review and understand programming logic constructs used in Workflow, Apex, BI Publisher Reports to learn current system state.

· 3+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL is required.

· 3+ years of programming experience in Oracle Apex is preferred.

· Experience working in a multi-developer, team environment is preferred.

· Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) is preferred.
