Project Scope:

Helping with the workload on current teams, and reviewing documents and accounts.

Job Details:

When a loan application is received, the system assesses the customer's initial eligibility for a discount.
Asset Transfer: If the customer transfers assets from a competing financial institution to the client's internal systems, the system will review the new funds.
Provide supporting documentation for the asset transfer, such as bank statements.
Review the provided documents to verify the source and amount of the transferred funds.
Use its internal systems to assess the customer's overall financial situation and determine if they qualify for additional funds or a larger discount.

Separate group – specific to New York loans (very high tax), reduce equitation.
If you refinance, might tax from old money tax.
All documents will form a new loan – Need previous loan and lien information to transfer tax information into the new loan.
Will use this to reduce or eliminate related fees.
Must know how to handle MILLIONS of dollar accounts.
