Must have:

10+yrs QA Lead/Management experience
Understanding of data platform, trade support, cash management, corporate action, pricing, security reference, derivatives, reconciliation, data delivery and reporting, collateral management and term loans - all under
IBOR (Investment book of records)- have to know these terms
Non-functional testing - load, security performance - Preferable has experience in all these
Strong experience working with Capital Market, Fixed Income, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Trade LifeCycle
Understanding of Data analytics is critical
A lot of testing is data driven. How data is being transferred form one system to other
Understand data from holistic point of view
Strong Communication required as working very closely with their bank counterparts and business stakeholders.
Jira – key tool to generate reports, progress updates
