Title: Instrumentational/Electrical Designer
Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Houston site)
Duration: 6 Months CTH
Payrate: $40/hr - $50/hr
Day to day:
- Assisting cross-functionally with other teams, designing panels as needed. Assisting the high-value center
- Supporting approximately 3-5 projects at a time
- Mostly on the design side
- Surveying sites alone
- Taking pictures of system cabinets, and writings and then taking these pics back and marking up AutoCAD drawings with enhancements/additions.
- Working with engineers to figure out final drawings and schematics
- Assisting the fab shop and Designing panels as needed
Requirements:
- Understand wiring/electrical equipment
- Proficient in AutoCAD- Panel assembly
- I&E design
- Looking for someone who has some versatility in their experience
- Experience in oil & gas, onshore gas processing, hydrocarbon storage and transportation, chemical.
- Small/Medium project lead experience preferred.
