Must Haves:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, and HBase.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Expertise in Apache Kafka for building data pipelines and real-time processing.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools, such as Apache Hive or Impala.
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
Plusses:
- Experience with other big data technologies such as Spark, Flink, or Storm.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
