Must Haves:
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Jira and other Agile tools for managing ceremonies and tracking team performance.
- Experience in managing 2 teams of 8-12 members, including both technical and non-technical team members.
- Familiarity with DevOps, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to dig into the weeds and identify bottlenecks in processes and workflows.
- Experience in coaching teams and facilitating change within teams for greater efficiency.
- Ability to manage both technical and administrative tasks, ensuring a balance between Agile coaching and operational needs.
