Position: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement dashboards summarizing large sets of data and working toward various projects related to data solutions.
- Develop and enhance reporting solutions to track and assess performance.
- Create and maintain procedures and documentation.
- Gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions regarding complex data and information.
- Develop, provide guidance, and recommendations on process improvements with tangible benefits and best practices.
Must have
- 3+ years of Tableau report development.
- Must have 3+ years of SQL coding/reporting.
- Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others
